It is a well priced property located in Toshima district really close to the metro station, a 7 to 11 convenience store and restaurants, 7-11. The rooms are good-sized and brand-new and they have central heating, an electronic key card, and tea and coffee making equipment. The staff is extremely helpful and very friendly and accommodates all of guests' needs. The hotel offers a lot of food that was good.

1)The location is very convenient, beside walking distance to train station, nearby there are shopping centres like Seibu, Parco and Sunshine Plaza. 2)One of the plus point is their hotel prices include breakfast and the breakfast though is same throughout our 5-days stay, they are consider good as they do have a spread of food. 3)As our trip is very much affected after the earthquake, we went back to our country 1day earlier and the hotel is kind enough to refund us for that early 1day checkout.
1) When they clean up our room, they did not clear our pile of rubbish in the bin and they did not replenish the disposal bags in the washroom. 2) As for the 2 Japanese gentlemen receptions, they hardly smile and are rather stern. Perhaps also they are not so eloquent in English hence they make us feel unapproachable and seeking help especially our stay was during the 8.9 earthquakes.3) Apart from the above, next to the hotel there is a nightclub and they put up some 'photos' at the corridor. The fortunate thing was during the trip we did not notice any 'unsightly' hang up outside or along nightclub. 4) Breakfast menu should make an effort to varies. 5) We realised that their in-house restaurant do not serve Japanese food for dinner but instead they serve only pasta or rather italian food and the most interesting part is their menu is all in Japanese language and there is no way we can place our order without understanding the menu. The waitress cannot explain to us the menu in English to us also. With disappointment we have to go out of the hotel and had our dinner instead.

Clean, well equipped rooms. Reasonable location. No facilities. Fair price.
Most staff speak no English. Surprising, given it's quite an international hotel.
